Join us for the 7th Annual Sausage & Beer Dinner where we will pay homage to old world sausage-making traditions with some Blue Hill twists.
Meet brewers from Kelso of Brooklyn, Defiant Brewing Company, Brooklyn Brewery, Captain Lawrence and Pretty Things Beer and Ale Project, see a sausage-making demonstration and enjoy a five course dinner. The menu will feature unique takes on classics like cassoulet and merguez, using our favorite local meats and paired with delicious local brews.
The evening starts with an hour-long cocktail reception at 5:30pm, and guests sit for dinner at 6:30pm. $195.00 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.
