Shipping

We process and ship all orders within two to three business days. How long it takes to
get to you is determined by the individual carrier, and these times vary with the package destination.
Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchase, which shipping method
you choose and the destination address.

 

Payments

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. 

If you prefer to talk with us, we are happy to accept orders over the phone.

Sales Tax

We are required to add sales tax to any order heading out to a New York address.

 

Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied
we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in unused condition
in its original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundale and return shipping fees are the
responsibility of the customer.  All return packages must be insured. While we do provide store credits and exchanges,
we cannot offer refunds on any items purchased.

All returns must be approved by Blue Hill in advance. Before packing up your item, 
please email us at market@bluehillfarm.com and let us know which item(s) you are returning.
We will issue a you a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package. 

 

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at market@bluehillfarm.com or (914) 366 9606 x232.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order. We will happily replace any damaged products.
