5th Annual Sausage and Beer Dinner

Join local farmers and artisan brewers as well as Blue Hill Chefs Adam Kaye, Josh Lawler, and Trevor Kunk and Beer Sommelier Michael Greenberg for a special evening featuring fresh and cured sausages and meats, each paired with a selection of locally brewed beers. Begin the evening with fellow sausage and beer lovers over cask ales and pork-centric snacks. The five-course tasting dinner follows, showcasing both Blue Hill Farm and Stone Barns pigs and other locally raised meats paired with beers created by Captain Lawrence, Defiant, Kelso, and Southampton breweries especially for the evening.
