 Blue Hill is happy to partner with the French culinary organization Le Fooding as they host the second edition of “Le Grand Fooding” to benefit Action Against Hunger. The event will celebrate the “gastronomical conflict” between New York and San Francisco chefs and mixologists during the two day event. Join Chef Barber at MOMA PS1 where he will be serving summer vegetables grilled on carbonized pork bones!
