Wine Director - Blue Hill

 

Currently the wine director of Blue Hill, Claire has worked in restaurants in New York City for the past 15 years: first to supplement her acting career, and now to support her passion. Her love of food and wine inspired her to attend the American Sommelier Association.

Claire was involved in the opening of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. The experience of working so close to fresh ingredients has inspired her to search for local biodynamic and organic wines when creating Blue Hill's wine list.
