Jenn Lordan
Service Director Blue Hill New York
Jenn grew up north of Boston and counts the 1986 World Series loss of the Red Sox to the Mets as a particularly important childhood moment. She moved to New York to study writing at New York University, and began working in restaurants to support her education and increasing passion for travel – eventually leading her to put her studies on hold in order to see around the world.
After making her way throughout Europe and Asia, Jenn found herself in Colorado, returning to school and seriously pursuing a career in fine dining and wine. Although she loved the mountains and the community, Jenn moved back to her adopted hometown, New York, in order to continue her restaurant "education".
Jenn has worked with Main Street Restaurant Partners, BLT Restaurant Group, Michel Richard and Dovetail. She came to Blue Hill in August of 2008 as a sommelier for both Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and, in the summer of 2009, became the Service Director of Blue Hill.
