Blue Hill Farm

Maddy Linen, our reservationist, has resided in Westchester County most of her life. For the past dozen years, Maddy, her husband, and their two cats have lived just steps from Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Maddy brings with her over twenty years of corporate dining experience. But, now, has traded the hectic New York City restaurant life for the beautiful surrounding of Stone Barns Center. When Maddy is not balancing reservation requests, she can be found caring for and enjoying the newest member of her family, her horse Dandy.
