Blue Hill Farm

Wendy Kaye joined us as our Human Resources Director following several years in corporate human resources.  In her previous HR management roles she served as a generalist where she focused on employee relations, recruitment, policy development and benefits administration for luxury goods and apparel companies.

Wendy possesses an undergraduate degree in business with a focus in marketing and an MBA with a management/human resources concentration.  She relocated to New York from suburban Detroit after completing her graduate studies due to a desire to live and work in Manhattan and has been in the NY Metro area ever since. 

Although Wendy joined us as an employee only a few months ago she has peripherally lived the Blue Hill experience and ideology through her husband, Adam Kaye, who has been part of the organization for many years.    It seemed like a natural fit for her family and career to become a part of the team.
