Sonja Toulouse-Martin is Blue Hill’s Director of Human Resources, responsible for talent recruitment and employee relations. Previously, she served as director of operations for Matter House and was instrumental in the opening of Thomas Carter & Ignacio Mattos’ Flora Bar and Café Altro Paradiso restaurants. She also spent a decade as a marketing and communications lead at Alain Ducasse Entreprise, overseeing North American restaurants for the celebrated French chef. She believes that working in the hospitality space has taught her the meaning of true generosity & authenticity through food and people, and that giving employees the tools to thrive leads to a healthy business with inspired employees.
