Service Manager, Blue Hill at Stone Barns

Steve Forgione grew up in Newtown, Connecticut and discovered his love of cooking at an early age while working at local restaurants. After high school, he went on to the Culinary Institute of America where he obtained his Bachelors Degree.  He then went on and spent three years behind the stove at Del Posto in NYC. Looking to expand his skills into the front of house, he joined Blue Hill at Stone Barns in the fall of 2015 as a F.A.R.M.S. Apprentice.  Steve has overseen the restaurant’s tisane garden, and transitioned to Service Manager in the fall of 2016.
