Service Manager, Blue Hill at Stone Barns

A Concord, Massachusetts native, Gayle was introduced to the world of hospitality by working in coffee shops during her time at Boston University. After graduating with a degree in environmental science, Gayle joined Blue Hill at Stone Barns as a F.A.R.M.S. apprentice in February of 2016 with the goal of learning all she could about the intersection between food and agriculture and how that discussion can take place over the course of a meal. In addition to her responsibilities as service manager, Gayle has taken the helm of the restaurant’s coffee and tea program, and the Stone Barns and Blue Hill collaboration, Anatomy of a Dish.
