La Cafetería Blue Hill, nuestro espacio informal y comunitario, abrió sus puertas en octubre de 2021. La cafetería se articula en torno a una gran mesa que se abre al patio del jardín, donde ofrecemos asientos al aire libre entre los macizos de flores y sus polinizadores.
La cafetería está abierta de miércoles a domingo para los huéspedes que visitan el Stone Barns Center, destacando nuestro trabajo con cereales integrales, conservación y embutidos a través del desayuno, el almuerzo y Community Table by Blue Hill, una cena de estilo familiar.
Las reservas tanto para las bandejas de comida en Blue Hill Cafeteria como para las Community Table pueden hacerse en línea a través de Tock. Todas las ventas son finales y las reservas no se pueden cancelar. Si su reserva elegida no está disponible, le animamos a que añada sus datos a la lista de espera. Las solicitudes de nuevas plazas se liberan de mes en mes el día 15 del mes anterior.

Breakfast is offered from 10am to 11am with a selection of baked goods from Blue Hill’s 100% whole grain bakery. No reservations are necessary.
Lunch Trays are served from 12pm to 2:30pm in a cafeteria style, showcasing the ongoing collaborative research between the farm and the kitchen. Reservations are required. Lunch Trays are $42-48 per person, depending on the day, excluding taxes.

On select evenings each week, the same space hosts Community Table by Blue Hill, a three-course, family style supper that includes matched beverages. Reservations are required. The experience is $125 per guest, exclusive of tax and 22% administrative fee.
Matched beverages are included in the price of all bookings for Community Table, with the option to select premium pairings or bottled cocktails. Guests are welcome to bring special bottles of wine to enjoy with their dinner. The policy is limited to two 750ml bottles per table for a fee of $35 per bottle.

Blue Hill Cafeteria is a casual restaurant. Come as you are.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not accepted for Lunch Tray or Community Table reservations.
Community Table reservations only are subject to a 22% administrative fee. The Administrative Fee is used to offset operational costs. It is not a gratuity, will not be distributed as a gratuity to employees, and is subject to applicable sales taxes.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome to join us, but we do not offer a children’s menu.
